Processing of personal data

Stațiunea de Cercetare-Dezvoltare Agricolă Pitești processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data , respectively of art.6 par. (1) lit. b), c), d), e), in order to fulfill the attributions, rights and obligations of the Resort according to the law, the relations established between various parties, in order to carry them out, as well as to preserve the security of patrimony, goods and persons . These data allow us to fulfill our legal obligations towards the Romanian state, you or the Resort, as well as to avoid security risks.

S.C.D.A. Pitesti takes measures to secure personal data, access to them is allowed only to entitled persons, they are not processed for any purpose other than that declared.

We also inform you that the spaces and the courtyard of the S.C.D.A. Pitesti are also video-surveilled for the above purposes and according to Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of objectives, values and protection of persons.
